We are excited to offer a climate controlled, out-of-the-weather service drive for our service customers. No matter the weather, drive right in and be protected from the elements, and our service advisors will be there to greet you.

Our new building has been certified as a Subaru Eco-Friendly Retailer thanks it's design with six key focuses in mind; energy efficiency, water conservation, recycling, waste management, community involvement, and no Styrofoam drink containers.
From 11 To 20 Service Bays
Going from 11 service bays to 20 service bays will not only allow us to serve more MA Subaru drivers than ever before, but it will also allow us to get your Subaru in and out in a much quicker time.
Over 31,000 Square Feet
Our entire building will be doubling in size, as well as our parking lot! This affects all departments - sales, service, and parts. This provides for a much more open environment for our customers when they come to visit us.
Reimagined Waiting Area
In our all-new waiting area you'll find more seating, cozy private workstations, and a high-top table with space for six-plus lots of outlets to keep your devices charged. We're bringing over the same great coffee, water, and locally made muffins you've come to enjoy, with an upgraded coffee machine for an even better brew. There'll be bottled water available, along with a built-in filtered water dispenser. And yes, there's a big screen TV for those who want to tune in while they wait.
A More Modern Approach To Business
With our new facility comes all-new processes as well, to help deliver a more modern approach to doing business. For example, our entire sales team will be equipped with tablets moving forward. Not only does this reduce the use of paper, but it also allows you to be in more control of the purchase process. Plus, your sales consultant will not need to get up and go talk to our sales managers quite as often. On the service side, our service technicians will all have tablets as well. They will be able to record short video clips of the work they are performing on your vehicle, and send them directly to you so you can see exactly what they are doing to get your Subaru back in tip-top shape.
